Don't provide the contact details of your parents.Many candidates stay away from home but provide the contact details of their parents. This again irritates the employers. If your CV is short-listed, the potential employer would like to talk to you rather than your mother or father. Provide the contact details of a place where they can find you. Missing one call might mean not receiving another from an employer.
