Don't provide the contact details of your parents.

Many candidates stay away from home but provide the contact details of their parents. This again irritates the employers. If your CV is short-listed, the potential employer would like to talk to you rather than your mother or father. Provide the contact details of a place where they can find you. Missing one call might mean not receiving another from an employer.
