Audio Engineering after 12th

I have just completed my 12th PCMB and joined the engineering branch. Someone told me about a new course called Audio Engineering. Is there any such course study available in India for post-graduation? If so, what are its job prospects?

Yes, there is a course called Audio or Sound Engineering. This is a aptitude based field which revolves around different types and frequency of sounds, music etc. Students who have creativity and interest can perform well in this area of study. The career of sound engineers are more in industry that involves sound in the day to day work. Some of the employment areas of Sound engineers are:

- Advertisements
- Documentaries
- Acoustics in-charge in places like auditoriums, concert halls, studios etc.
