Does interview include personality tests or do we need to appear separately for the personality tests during the recruitment process in any organization?

Personality test may or may not be covered within the interview. It depends on the organization whether they include the personality tests as a part of interview or prefer that to be conducted separately. Usually the smaller organizations club the personality tests along with the interview. However, the bigger networks and organizations prefer to conduct personality test as interview along with group discussions.
Personality tests are conducted to know whether the candidate has the personality attributes to meet the job requirements. The personality tests portrays the candidate qualities like personal behaviour, dedication and sincerity towards work, attitude, confidence and determination to meet the target, leadership qualities, decision making power etc. The employer can evaluate the candidate on the basis of these personality tests whether the candidate is able to perform the job, or they will somehow do the job, and the least that they would however fit it to the job description and requirements.
