It is good to evaluate every human being equally. There is nothing like minority or any other category when it comes to the professional environment. Every employee is selected and designated with some job and they are expected to perform well in their role. The religion or region or any other category does not matter when it comes to the accomplishment of the given work.

This equality is what is expected from every employee, be that at management level or from the normal executive level. Treating our co-workers with due respect and friendly manner gives a good and healthy working environment. The candidate should inform the interviewer regarding their vision of equality for every co-worker, be that their subordinates or seniors.
