It is not clear whether the student refers to MS-CIT which is Maharashtra State- Certificate in Information Technology, or MSC-IT which is MSc in Information technology.
MS-CIT course is a course for those students who have keen interest into the field of Information Technology. For this course 10th pass is a preferred eligibility criteria, those that is not a mandatory criteria.
For M Sc IT, it is a post graduation field for science students. This course can be pursued only by those who have a commerce and computers background like B Sc. Or BCA graduates. It is not possible for a commerce student to go ahead with this course.
