I have joined Bachelor of Physiotherapy. Can you give me the realistic scope in this field?

Bachelor of Physiotherapy is a 4 ½ year course which focus on physical therapies, physical exercises and movements, massages etc for improving the restricted movements and aiding in healing of injuries and deformities.
