When should I write SAT

I am currently in my 11th standard. When should I appear for SAT exam?

SAT is the Scholastic Assessment Test or the standardised college admission test whose scores or grades are used by most of the universities and colleges in United States who offer the undergraduate courses to the students worldwide. The eligibility is for the 12th pass students with good proficiency/ fluency in English language.

Students should ideally appear for SAT after their 12th examinations when they are sure of pursuing good score in their 12th standard. In very rare scenario with some extra-ordinary circumstances, students can request for admission after 11th (skipping their 12th). But this may be the rarest of rare condition, as the same would be against the normal eligibility criteria.
