    - A tester on an agile project will work differently than one working on a traditional project.

    - Testers must understands the values and the principles about agile projects.

    - Agile tester have the following skills :

      - Domain knowledge
      - Keen to learn and adopt new technology
      - Effective communicator who maintains good relationship with the development team.

    - Agile tester assist business stakeholders in defining understandable and testable user stories, scenarios, requirements and acceptance criteria as appropriate.

    - They work and share information with other team members using effective communication styles and channels.
