    -The scheduler is the one which helps in managing the tasks within the Oracle environment.
    -All the components here are database objects like a table which enables to use the normal Oracle privileges.
    -The basic elements are
    Programs-It is a collection of metadata about what will be run by the scheduler

    Schedules-It specifies the number of times a job will be executed.

    Jobs-It is a user-defined task which is scheduled to run one or more times.
