Bihar tops list of business friendly states:DIPP

Q.  Modi government has ranked states on business friendly initiatives in 2015. Which state has won first rank?

ANSWER: Bihar
 
States are being rated on ease of doing business in real time. The evaluation is done on 340 parameters as against 91 in the previous year. Bihar outperformed the 30 other states and UTs being ranked in ease of doing business with a score of 8.53 percent.
In the previous year’s final rankings Bihar was 21
Last year, Gujarat topped the list and is currently on the 6th position
