ANSWER: B = 2(Δf + fm) Hz
 
According to Carson s rule, the bandwidth required to transmit an angle modulated wave is twice the sum of the maximum frequency deviation and the maximum modulating signal frequency. Or,
B=2(Δf +fm) Hz.
