Solution:
Height of an equilateral triangle is given as (√3 / 2) x a, here a is the side of the triangle.
Side of equilateral triangle = 2 m
Therefore, height of an equilateral triangle (h) = (√3 / 2) x a
= (√3 / 2) x 2 = 1.732
Centroidal distance of an equilateral triangle = h / 3
= 1.732 / 3
= 0.577 m
