    - The above statement is false. The defects found in static testing and dynamic testing are not same.

    - Under static testing, code is not executed, while in dynamic testing code is executed.

    - In static testing, it involves manual or automated reviews of the documents. This review is done during initial phase of testing to catch defect early in STLC. It provides review comments.

    - In dynamic testing, it checks for functional behavior of software system and overall performance of the system. It performs at all levels of testing.
