    The answer should be 5 BC squared should be 4m and AB squared should be 3m. That comes to 9 + 16 = 25 thus 5 is the root of 25.

    AB=10m BC=3m EC=14m
    ED=EC- DC
    ED=14-10(DC=AB)
    ED=4m, AD=BC=3m
    Therefore according to Pythagoras theorem
    (AE)square=(AD)square+ED(square)
    (AE)square=16+9
    AE =5

    Sir here answer given is 10 which is wrong
