    - In iterative model, it is a way of breaking down the software development of a large application into smaller chunks.

    - This process is then repeated and producing a new version of the software for each cycle of the model.

    - Following are the advantages of iterative model :

      - The generation of revenues are done early.
      - The managing is simpler.
      - The workload can be divided.
      - The feedback is given on an early basis.

    - It can only create a high-level design of the application layer before the actual product has begun building and define the design solution for the entire product.

    - In this model, less time is spent on documenting and more time is given for designing.
