    - The forces required for metal cutting operation change with some parameters of cutting operation. They are as follows:

    - The greater the depth of cut, the larger the forces required for metal cutting operation.

    - The greater the feed of the tool, the larger the forces required for metal cutting operation.

    - The change in cutting speed does not affect the forces required for metal cutting operation.
