The Union Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (MoSDE) has instituted the “National Entrepreneurship Awards.”
This award is to encourage a culture of entrepreneurship across the nation.
These awards aim to recognise and honour young entrepreneurs.
It also acknowledges their entrepreneurship ecosystem builders for their outstanding efforts in the field of entrepreneurship development.
The awards also seek to highlight models of excellence for youth of India and encourage them to take entrepreneurship as a preferred career option.
The first Award Ceremony will take place on 30th January 2017.
Through it, awards will be given in 11 categories.
