    - Ergonomics: The scientific study of man-made machine-working environment relationship is called as ergonomics.

    - The problems arising from this relationship can be solved by the application of anatomical, physiological and psychological principles.

    The main objectives of ergonomics are:

    1) To make machine fit for user
    2) It reduces physical and mental stresses

    - The different factors considered in ergonomics are working environment, human anatomy and posture during machine use, man machine communication, etc.
