given problem means:you choose either two black or two white.
two black means:one is black and second is also black.
two white means:as black ball
prob. of two black = 10/20*9/19
prob. of two white = 10/20*9/19
total = 2(10/20*9/19) = 20/20*9/19
so probability = 9/19

(10C2+10C2)/20C2=9/19.....+ sign is used because either of the 2 colors can appear
