Second condition mentioned in the question is:
=> x/3 = y/4 =z/2
Clearly the biggest number is y. So let us solve w.r.t. y.
=> x = 3y/4
=> x =3z/2
=> z = y/2
=> x+y+z = 243
=> y/2 + 3y/4 + y = 243
9y/4 = 243
=> 243*4/9
=> 108
