    Sorry bro but right ans is already given this web...because question keh raha h ki voltage control bus ki ander hum konsi value determines karte h...And P is active power jo hame already pata h or v is voltage magnitude vo bhi hame pata h but hame pata nahi h vo determines karege na..so phase angle or reactive power defind karege..
