R. Nabil has resigned from the National Directorate of Security in Afghanistan over lack of agreement on policy matters. He is said to have resigned w.e.f 10th December over disagreements with Afghan president A. Ghani. A rapprochement with Pakistan was strongly disapproved by Nabil.
