A bench of Justices T S Thakur and C Nagappan said there is no reason to allow the application seeking court's monitoring of the probe. The court had earlier rejected a similar plea of West Bengal government. The bench gave time to the agency to come out with suggestions to ensure effective investigation of huge number of such cases in West Bengal.
