1) 'A boy who is constantly hesitating about which of any two tasks he will do first, will ultimately do neither. OR
2) A boy who is constantly hesitating about which of any two tasks he will do first, will ultimately not do either.
The word 'Either' means 'each of two' or 'both' and 'Neither' means 'not one or the other'
