    Stake holders determine the requirements like; Who is going to use the system? How will they use the system? What data should be input into the system? What data should be output by the system?

    - Stakeholder in the software process is important for the success of IT projects.
    - Without the cooperation of stakeholders it is difficult to have software development project.
    - Stakeholders have a strong knowledge of the process involved in the projects.
