Apu Sansar revolves around the childhood and the early adulthood days of a young Bengali boy named Apu. The movie was released in 1959. Subrata mitra, a cinematographer made an entry through Satyajit Ray's “The Apu Trilogy”.One of the most significant technique in the Apu Trilogy was the use of bounce lighting. It was used to recreate the effect of day light on the sets.
