Difference between business goals and design goalsBusiness goals describe what a client needs to achieve. They are goals that a business needs to accomplish to meet its objectives as per their current business processes. On the other hand, design goals are more inclined towards quality attributes of system i.e. technical aspects, e.g. Performance, reliability, robustness etc. Business goals define the need for the system whereas design goals help team members build a more effective and efficient system.
