total distance covered by 2nd train : 9 hr * 60 => 540km

both trains travels the same distance when catchesup so we can write
12x = 540
x=540/12

express train travels 60 km/hr in 6 hrs
dis = speed x time
dis = 60 x 6 = 360

Prayagraj express travels 9 hrs
dis =360 km
so
speed = dis / time
speed= 360 / 9 =40
