the question is to calculate simple interest.formula is pnr/100.
principal amount=10rs.
no.of years=4months=4/12
rate of interest=3paise per rupee per month= 3/100=0.03 multiplied with four months,we get0.12
calcualte interest by using formula=10multiplied with 0.12=1.2rs.
