Answer

Given time is 1hr 24min.For simplifiaction we can write it as 84 min/60.

Given that for two third of distance covered at 4km/hr then remaining one third will be covered in 5km/hr.

So

(2d/3)/4+(d/3)/5=84/60

By solving we get d=6 km.

sir the equation formed is :
(1/3)d/5 +(2/3)d/6=7/5
but it does not give answer 6
please explain sir .. confusing
