Are you a good team player?
Companies look for team players as well as those who are self starters and can work independently.
-You should show that you enjoy working in a team. Say that you are always open to suggestions from team members and seniors.
-It is always good to work in a team as one can get the support of other members and in times of crisis everyone can work together to achieve the goal.

You do not have an option when you are asked this question, one of interviewer's all time favourite. Almost every organization and every position requires you to be good at teamwork. They do not want to be dealing with someone who has problems performing well in a team. While you may believe that you perform well individually or when left on your own but you simply cannot say this out loud in an interview. That being said you are expected to possess the following qualities as a good team player:
1. Good communication skills
2. Good listener as well as good presenter
3. Active participant in group activities
4. Respectful and patient
5. Adaptive and ability to compromise
You can add these qualities in your answer and along with that, mention that you can perform well in team to benefit from everyone's knowledge on the project as well as work individually with the same efficiency if required.
