  • There is no doubt that anyone who wants the job will answer in affirmative to this question but how is the interviewer supposed to believe that you are actually dedicated enough to stand to your words and would not be throwing tantrums later when situation demands? To make the interviewer believe is the key to answering this question well. Start by talking about how you find it absolutely necessary to be dedicated about finishing the work on time and in order to do that you would not hesitate from putting any extra efforts required from your side, be it working for longer hours or working on weekends.
Giving examples from previous employment, you can explain how you feel that putting in extra efforts and time into project proved to be beneficial for your career and the project. Punctuality matters to every company and they are looking forward to hiring someone who would get the work done on time even if anything goes wrong and extra time is needed from those working on the projects.

"Yes, there is absolutely no reason why I would not give my project whatever it takes from my side to get it done in the best possible way and in the given deadline. I have been in this situation in my previous job where sudden changes in the project altered a lot of things and we had to double the efforts and time to complete it before deadline. We had to work for long hours for the entire week but the outcome was very satisfying. The client was pleased and we were rewarded weekend tours so it paid very well like every hard work does at the end."
