Are you comfortable working in a team?

Most of the jobs will require you to work in a team. So, the only answer to this question can be: “Yes, I am comfortable working in a team.” If you have any problem in being a team player, it is important for you to fix them up.

Can you perform under pressure?

Whatever profession you are in, you will always experience some kind of work pressure. It is your ability to perform under this pressure that the interviewer is trying to analyse.

You can give him examples from personal or professional life when you did not let the stress affect your performance.

How do you rate your communication skills?

Good communication skills mean - ability to understand and explain in a common language. Being at work will need you to communicate with internal and external parties

– good communication skills help you in performing your job effectively.

Anything less than average or good is not acceptable here. Reading a lot of good books helps you improve upon your language.
