Campus interview questions and answers - part 6
If you face a problem with your own performance, what would you do?
The purpose here is to see if you are able to identify the problems with your own performance and take corrective actions. To answer this question, you can say
something like, "If I face a problem with my own performance, I will try to estimate how big is the problem, what is causing the problem and then take corrective
action on each of the listed things."
How do you feel about doing repetitive work?
Any job you take up will have an element of redundancy and the interviewer wants to see if you get bored of it. You can say something like: I like to do creative work
but I also know that any job has an element of redundancy. So, it is fine with me.
If you want to change any thing in your life, what will you change?
There is not hidden purpose behind this question except to see how you react to unexpected questions. If there’s anything very apparent on your CV which requires a
change, you should admit it. Otherwise, you can say something like: I am pretty contended with my life. Still, if ever in life knowingly or unknowingly I have hurt my
elders (parents, teachers), I just want to change like it never happened and say sorry to them
