In a catastrophic situation like fire what will you do?

The purpose here again is to see your reaction in such situations. You are not expected to perform any heroic acts. You can say something like: “First of all I’ll

ensure my safety and immediately inform the fire department of the company and city to come to help. If I am in a position to help some people, I’ll definitely do

that.”

Is there anything that irritates you about co-workers?

The purpose of this question is to see how well you can fit into a team. Basically, you should not have a problem with a person, although you can have a problem with

the style of working.

So, to answer this question you can simply say, “I understand that working in a company needs you to be a team player, so we can’t afford to problems with co-workers

but if someone is not serious about their work or does a low quality work, affecting the whole project, I would surely not like it”

Is there any particular kind of person you can not work with?

For the reason given in the above questions, the answer to this question should be a “No”. This is basically a different way of putting up the last question.
