Can one win make up for all losses?

Life is a game where sometimes people win and sometimes they lose. However, some people accept the defeat and thinks that when destiny will favor they will win. There are lucky people who get the chance to win. Call it the luck or the hidden efforts but after a series of losses they manage to steal a win. Take the latest case of Corey Anderson who was bought by the Mumbai Indians for a sum of Rs4.5 crores in the auction. In the previous ten games he managed to score just 150 runs and therefore was kept out in the remaining games. Luck changed and he got another chance to play against Rajasthan Royals where he played an impressive inning of 95 off 44 balls stealing a win for the team. Does it show that one win can cover up all the previous losses?

Yes

• Talking about a game, people tend to forget the past if they find something best to appreciate. It is the ultimate victory that matters.

• People love to bet and do lose a lot of money in betting. However, one jackpot has the potential to cover up all the money of the previous losses.

• Amitabh Bachchan lost all his money and financial assets in year 1997 when his company ABCL was reported as a failure. The one hit show Kaun Banega Crorepati changed the entire scenario in 2000.

• The future generation is quick to make relations and quicker to break it. The series of breakups end with the final marriage that covers up for all the lost peace and time.

No

• Sanjay Dutt managed to come back after the TADA case and became successful in his career. But the one win in his Filmy career cannot cover up the acts he did in the past and has to suffer the consequences now.

• It is not just one win, one serial KBC which gave back the Amitabh Bachchan all his lost stardom. He worked hard to get a series of win to come back at the top most position.

• Corey might have managed to steal a win for Mumbai Indians in the crucial match but the owners of Mumbai Indians will not think to buy him again at such a high price in the next IPL season.

• The future generation may end up their failing relationships with marriage but that is not enough to cover the mental trauma of the past.

Conclusion
One win can make up for all the losses of past, but it is, more of luck that do not happen again and again. To stay ahead in the race of life, it is necessary to win again and again. One should remember that no matter how hard you try to erase the past, it pops out with the changed conditions. One win can definitely become the platform to gain many other wins in the future.

  • One win can overshadow the previous failure, however, it cannot make up for all the losses. Circumstances change and people do transform themselves with the changing situation. Still, a major part of the victory goes in favour of luck. Fate changes a winning scenario turn to failure and vice-versa.

When a victory peeps in after a series of losses, it gives a sigh of relief more than the happiness. This victory becomes essential for the person to prove himself as well as to the world, that he is still in the form and have the ability, energy, enthusiasm and charm to bag a grand victory. This win becomes the sole authority to maintain his place and existence.

Sequence of losses makes the person tired physically, mentally and morally. More tiresome is the social set-back which approaches with the repeated failures. The victory does not only indicate his persistent performance in his field, but also portray his will power and energy to overcome his emotions and emerge out of the pit with full vigour.

Hence, one win can definitely overshadow the series of losses in the eyes of the society, and personally this win makes up for all the losses, as the person gets back his emotional and social support to carry on further.
