What are the course options for me to make a career in hotel management? I am a 10+2 student with 60% in commerce stream. What entrance exams do I need to qualify to secure a seat in a government institutes?

National council of Hotel Management and Catering Technology conducts joint hotel management entrance exam for the 800 seats in different Govt institutes in 30 selected cities of India. This exam is usually conducted in the month of April. Other reputed and recognized private institutes conduct their own hotel management career entrance exam for admission in their institutes. The big names in the hotel industry conduct their own entrance exams for hotels training institutes. Other than these, you also have the option to go for hotel management degrees and diploma by correspondence through IGNOU (Indira Gandhi National Open University) New Delhi and Kota Open University, Kota.
