- Client Visit to gather deal requirements , financial and other information necessary for underwriting and other inputs for performing quality analysis and thorough due diligence.
- Ensuring proper Compliance of company policies, Legal & regulatory regulations in loan sanctioning, disbursements and post disbursement process.
- Preparation and presentation of Loan Eligibility statements and key financial ratios to deduce Loan Eligibility.
- Prepairing credit appraisal note.
- Having credit approval authority of Rs 1 Cr for LAP & Rs 25 lacs for Unsecured loan.
- Analysing and decisioning the cases within TAT of 3 days.
- Looking after more than 35 cases per month
- Underwritting Retail size cases upto 15 Cr.
