Crimea set to join Russia

After a referendum done in the violence and protest stricken area of Ukraine, Crimea which was earlier the part of Ukraine is all set to join Russia. 97% of the Crimean population has voted in the favour of merger with Russia whereas as the U.S.A. and European Union have strongly condemned this referendum.

In women tennis, Serena Williams remains at number 1 ranking whereas Chinese player Li Na has gained the 2nd spot followed by Agniezska Radwansaka at the 3rd position.
