Do you think Smriti Irani will make a good HRD Minister?
The newly appointed HRD minister is in news controversies as she is not even a graduate, and is handed over the HRD department. The controversies don’t end here. She has submitted contradictory information when she contested Lok Sabha elections in year 2004 and 2014. The opposition parties are busy attacking the choice of HRD ministry. Despite the educational setback, do you think Smriti Irani will make a good HRD minister?

• Degrees don’t come handy in the practical life. They are important but what really matters Is the performance that is not based on qualifications.
• India doesn’t have any practical educational system. It is based on more of theory. Smriti Irani needs an open perspective and right strategies to do well as HRD Minister.
• Smriti Irani has got excellent leadership skills that are more important in delivering the best results.
• Rabindranath Tagore didn’t complete his schooling but still has set the most reputed place of higher learning.
• Smriti Irani has repeatedly proved her caliber from time to time, and she has the skills to lead the educational sector of India.

• Smriti Irani will be heading HRD ministry that requires the leader to have the required qualifications
• The leader of HRD being an undergraduate will convey a wrong message to the youngsters that success can come without education.
• The people are expecting a lot from the Modi led government and appointing an undergraduate leader for HRD can be the starting point of the disappointments.
• HRD is an important ministry of the cabinet. Indians voted in favor of Modi so that they can a better educational structure and new jobs. It cannot be taken so lightly.
• Apart from education, it is also about the reliability. Smriti Irani cannot be trusted as she has given contradictory declarations in the Lok Sabha elections held in 2004 and 2014.
Conclusion
No one can deny that Smriti Irani is a good leader. She has the qualities to make an excellent political leader. But assigning her with the HRD ministry is not an encouraging step. The HRD ministry is of great importance that should be headed by an educated minister but as Smriti says, "Judge me on my performance not my degree". Its best to give her some time and wait to see the results.

- my answer is no. smriti irani does not have any educational degree. and if this kind of person become a hrd minister then what will be our future. i am not against that smriti doesn't have a potenitial to face up her responsibility. may be she can become a good hrd minister but if we give a chance to smriti then why not others 12th pass students. why a 12th pass student have to clear a ssc exam to get low divison clerk job. if basic educational qualification doesn't matter in the case of smiriti then why we educate our childrens. we should also encourage our children to work in serial like saas bhi kabhi bahu thi and then they become a hrd minister. it makes a joke to our education system. i wanted to ask to people why we should be forced to get education. if country is running by some chai waala or some 10th passed or 12 th passed hrd minister.

- according to my opinion .judging on the basics of degree doesnt sounds good.Infact in every persons life Exprience is a good teacher.And she already stated as she went through many situations which gave her good experience.So, friends lets see how good she is going to lead the things.

- Yes , Smriti Irani will definitely prove to be a good HRD minister.
We should not judge her according to her educational qualifications because she is not illiterate , it's just that she is undergraduate.
She is very wise, and moreover and opinions and judgments are not made according to educational qualification but on the intelligence and wisdom of a person.

- the performance of a person is not determined by it qualification but it strategy to crack challenge and our honorable HRD minister has very well proven that she had made her way from acting to the parliament and it itself shows her capabilities . yes i agree that holding that place demands some higher qualification but there are exceptions and she is one of it

- It doesn't matter that how qualified person you are as HRD Minister, the most important thing is that Smrti ji should understand all demands and try to serve people.Her leadership qualities are more to concern here.so under Mr Modi she will certainly prove herself best HRD Minister,

- yes, she will be a good leader because there is no saying- education bring leadership but experience brings leadership.only theoretical knowledge and degrees can not make a good leader but practical knowledge can make . smriti ji have good experience .

- Yes,Smriti Irani undoubtedly is a leader. She has this "inbuilt" leadership and decision making quality that is enough for her to be the HRD minister.
If we think that for a person to be the HRD minister he or she needs to be qualified enough,possess a number of degrees, be a master degree holder then what should be the qualifications of a power,coal,mining minister?
Is Piyush Goyal (being a leader) not fit for the post?
Then who deserves to be in his place? A plumber?

Its always not possible to have somebody to be excellent in that particular field.
What if Smriti Irani is not a graduate? She is a leader and leadership skills are not based on degrees.
More ever its us who chose our government. Now since Smriti Irani is a part of the government chosen by us we should have faith on her. We should give her some time because its impossible for anyone to bring out changes overnight.
If I were selected as a class monitor then atleast I would have been given some time by my fellow classmates to bring out the changes.

- Yes i think she can do it good under the rule of supreme head as Mr. Narendra Modi.I believe that education is the only way to get a successful future but it is also not. A person should also have good leadership qualities,proper decision making strength and should know the problems faced by the people in the field and i think she has it.Even Mr. Anna Hazare was not educated but the main quality which he had was that he was strong.He was not under the influence of any other personality and did whatever he thought was right but at the same time Mr. Arvind Kejriwal who is an I.A.S. officer was not able to take the decisions properly.So i think that in politics only education doesnot play the key role but there are many other qualities a person must have to run the country smoothly and he or she is able to take proper decisions.

- in my concern she should be given a chance to prove herself as she has been proved to be a good leader till date, education is not so important in handling a ministry as india is indulged with so many uneducated ministers, but narender modi should not have posted smriti irani as an educated minister as she had given a contradictory statement regarding her education in 2004 nd 2014 lok sabha electns, so the opposition have got a chance to weakeen modi's government which will be not fruitfull to us. People should wait and late her stand to her statement that 'jugde me by my performance not my degree'.

- As far as my concern smirti irani can be right candidate for post of HRD. As we know that leader quality comes from both by born or by qualification ,so for post of HRD, Not necessary that candidate should be higher qualified , even in our constitution there is not mention any specific higher qualification regarding post of HRD , if she is eligible according to our constitution criteria for post of HRD , so no one can objection of her qualification about HRD post. They Should objection on her performance if she will not able to perform well,

- Smriti Irani is not right candidate for the post of HRD minister because she did fraud by submitting illegal degree and document and even it is proved even though if we dont give an eye to it now then may be in future she will do more offences.
Secondly even it is not required since we have more eligible candidates......I want to add a quote to my point "Kagaj apni kismat se udhta hai lekin patang apni kabiliyat se " so if we have eligibity then why should be based on fate.

In my opinion , it is to early to judge smirti irani based on her qualification only. Because in HRD ministry as large in size as same with huge practical complication, it is not necessary that any degree holder leader with only theory knowledge will surely able to give positive results. he or she must be able to take a bold decision on any parameter after analysizing the situation and for taking those decision u do not must required a high qualification. - smriti irani would be proof a gud leader.in general way education should be must in polytics coz if they are uneducated then how can we expect developed, educated india in the world.what the massege will go to the youth .they should experience atleast of graduation.coz in polytics there are so many leader that are not graduate even.performance matters but education should be metters.

- Education is definitely important, but learning doesn’t come by the number of degrees. A certified degree holder is not necessarily a learned man, as he might not be well-verse with the practical implications of his so-called learned subjects. On the contrary, an illiterate may turn out to be a surprise package with his experiences and practical knowledge.
These words might hold true for Smriti Irani. Many scholars and politicians in the world have been illiterate or under-educated. Smriti has justified her leadership very well so far. She can be given a fair chance to prove herself as a HRD minister as well.
Though the ministry holds a sound knowledge of the duties and huge revenue, still Smriti can prove herself as an appropriate candidate for the post. She has the charisma to grasp the duties quickly and fulfil all the requirements. Her leadership qualities and the talent would definitely pave way for her upliftment.
To be precise, Smriti deserves a fair chance to prove herself. With her track record in politics, people can wait and watch her acts for some time, and then reach to any conclusion.
