Documents required and registration dates for ICWAI exam

I have no clue as to what all documents are required to be attached with the application form of ICWAI examination. And what is the final date for applying for the courses?

As there are two types of course, Foundation and Intermediate, respectively there is a slight difference between the documents required for both of these courses. Documents that are to be enclosed with the application form must consist of an attested certificate of Matriculation certificate, attested copy of 10+2 certificate or marks statement, three passport size photographs – pasted on the form, one pasted on the identity card and one attached with the application. These above things are mandatory in both the courses but there is an additional document that is required in case of Intermediate course, to be enclosed with the form i.e. an attested copy of the degree/graduation or diploma.

All the attestation should be by any member of The Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICWAI)/ The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India/ The Institute of Company Secretaries of India/Parliament/Stage Legislative Assembly or a Gazetted Officer or a Principal of a college.

There is no such date for registration that one should be aware of. Registration for the ICAI course is open throughout the year. However, if you are willing to appear for the June term examination then you should apply before the 30th of November of previous year and if you want to apply for the December term examination should apply before 31st may of that year.
