Documents to be carried during selection process of FMS MBA program

Which are the documents that need to be carried during the selection procedure of FMS?


Candidate needs to carry the following documents during Personal Interview and Group Discussion and in all the meetings till he / she is admitted in the programme selected:

- Admit card - Candidate must have the admit card showing his/her name, registration number and address. Candidate should affix his recent passport sized photograph and put signature at appropriate places.

- Photo Identification proof - At least one original and valid photo identification proof. The acceptable photo identity proofs are:

• Drivers License
• Passport
• PAN card
• Voter ID
• UID Card
• Notarized Affidavit with Photo, signature, Date of Birth and Residential Address.

Photocopies and scanned copies of the original proof are not acceptable. And the proof should be valid and not expired.

What is the mode of payment for registration fees for admission in FMS MBA programme?


After confirming the registration information, the candidate can pay the applicable fees once he/ she is directed to the Internet payment gateway of a bank as mentioned in the FMS website. Candidate can confirm the payment through Credit Card / Debit Card.
