A team comprises of many members having different attitudes & behaviours. To run a team successfully, it is necessary to have a good coordination & understanding among the team members. A leader works as a mediator between the members of the team as well as the team & the Management. He manages any type of emergencies or deadlines. He is authorized to take decisions to achieve the targeted goals. He is a person who understands his team well & assigns the job/tasks accordingly; thus, ensuring a positive outcome. Hence, to initiate & properly coordinate a team, a leader is required.
