The amount of salary given to an HR varies from company to company and also on the type of industry and the economic condition of the company and organization’s size. An HR fresher is paid between Rs. 12,000 to 30,000 in the private organisations. As you grow in the company you are entitled for appraisals and promotions so, you can earn anywhere between Rs. 25,000- 80,000. An HR Manager can go up to a lakh per month and an HR head can earn as much as 1.6 lacs per month in MNCs and private companies. This hugely depends on your performance and your skills. An MBA graduate can get a package of Rs. 4 – 12 lakhs per annum depending on the college and your ability.
As an HR consultant you can earn between Rs.10,000 to 50,000 per month as it is an incentive based job.
