Explain power, authority, centralization and decentralization?

Power: It is the ability of individual or a group of people to influence the beliefs or actions of other persons or groups.

Authority: It is the right in a position to making decision affecting others.

Centralization: The degree in which decision making is done at a single point in the organization. E.g. Top management taking decision.

Decentralization: The organization in which decision making is pushed down to the managers who are closed to the actions.
