a. Product buying motives are those forces which make a product preferable over others like colour,size,design of the product etc. and create a purpose for the buyer to select and buy such product.What is it that inspires or motivates the buyer to purchase a particular product? It could be price or quality or 'buy one, get one free' offer or other such factors.
b.In patronage buying motive, the customer builds loyalty over the product due to his preference over the product on account of the trust or belief that he has over the product. This can take a considerable amount of time and can be achieved through an efficient CRM
