Facebook first acquisition in India with $15M

Facebook has bought out Bangalore based startup Little Eye Labs for $15 Million.

Little Eye Labs is basically into the development of a tool that helps Android app developers to measure, analyze and optimize their apps.

The acquisition marks the initiation of global biggies to set sight on Indian companies.

The entire team of Little Eye will move to Facebook headquarter in Menlo Park, California, where they would work to improve the performance of its apps.
