You should ensure that you give an impression that you will pay back more than what you take from the company. You can say I will stay here as far as I see an opportunity for growth, as I am looking for a stability at work place

- Hiring new employees costs time and money to employers and there are always drawbacks when an old employee who is well accustomed to the work leaves and in place a new person fills in who has to be trained all over again. They obviously want an employee who would want to work long term with them and would not succumb to challenges. Your answer must tell them that you are not going to be running for the hills when things go challenging or when a better offer comes up.
There are people who frequently switch jobs for various reasons and this is definitely not liked by employers. You have to assure them theirs is the ultimate company you want to work for because the job requirements completely matches your interests and that if you are hired for the position, you plan on staying long time with them. Do mention that you would want growth as you gain experience.
"From what I have heard and known about the company, this position has everything I always found appropriate for my qualifications and interests. As long as my work benefits the company and I have growth prospects here, there is no stopping me from working for a very long time in this company."
