How can a candidate get the acknowledgement of MAT Registration form?

The forms which are received at All India Management Association (AIMA) are scanned / validated within three working days. Form numbers of these received forms will be then available on the official website of AIMA.

Candidate can check the acknowledgement of his / her form by logging on the website link, http://apps.aima.in/mat_reciept.aspx

After that the application form is scrutinized and if the information filled is found correct and in order, the applicant gets provisionally registered.

In case the MAT registration form is received after the due date declared by the institute, the application form is liable to get rejected.

Is there any provision of refund of MAT Exam fee?

Once the details entered by the applicant in the application form and the same is confirmed and submitted with payment of applicable fee, the same will not be refunded.
Also if the registration form is received by the institute after the due date and thus got rejected, the fee will not be refunded to the applicant.

How does a candidate appearing for Management Aptitude Test (MAT) get the Admit Card?

Candidates who gets provisional registration for Management Aptitude Test (MAT), both for paper based and computer based test, can download their Admit Card / Hall Ticket from official website link of AIMA. Link of the given website to download the Admit Card is: http://apps.aima.in/matadmitcard.aspx

Specific Admit Card / Hall Ticket is generated both for the candidates who have opted for the Paper Based Test and for the Computer Based Test.

Candidates have to check for the details present in the Admit Card. Admit card has Candidate’s name, Form Number, Roll Number, Test Date, Test Time and Test Venue Address.

Candidates have to carefully download and save a copy of the Admit Card, as no separate Admit Card / Hall Ticket will be issued or dispatched.
