Job description:
• Administrative Duties, Maintaining Discipline & Decorum within the office, Stationary disbursement and maintenance.
• Greets and directs all visitors, including vendors, clients, job candidates and customers,
• Ensures completion of paperwork, sign-in and security procedures. Handles special administrative projects, as well as overflow work from department and executive assistants
• Assist other administrative staff with overflow work; including word processing, data entry and internet research tasks.
Job specification:
•Personality aspects: Go getter, High Integrity, Effective leadership, Good Communication Skill, Result Orientation, Analytical Mind.
• Educational background and experience: Graduate, preferably MBA / PGDBM in Business Management, 7 – 10 years Work Experience in BPO / MNC / Professional Company, good knowledge of Computers (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with ERP Package.
